How we handle the information you give us on this Site
This Privacy Policy describes how VitreousAI™, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with vitreousai.com (the "Site"). This Policy covers the Site only. It does not cover Client Data processed under a Sponsored Alpha Pilot Agreement, Enterprise Agreement, or Data Processing Addendum, which is governed separately by those agreements.
"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or household.
01We collect information you provide directly, including your name and email address when you join the early access waitlist, request a demonstration, or download the Glass Wall Framework white paper.
We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics.
We use Formspree, Inc. to process form submissions. When you submit a form, Formspree processes the information you provide on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your submission.
02We use your name and email address to respond to your request, deliver the Glass Wall Framework white paper, confirm or administer early-access waitlist registration, schedule or respond to demonstration requests, and communicate with you about VitreousAI™'s product and pilot program where you have requested or consented to those communications.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at rocky@vitreousai.com.
03The Site may use cookies or similar technology for basic functionality and, if applicable, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
04We do not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We share your name and email address with Formspree, Inc., our form-processing service provider, solely to process and deliver your form submission to us. Formspree processes this information on our behalf and subject to its applicable privacy and security practices. You may review Formspree's Privacy Policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VitreousAI™, our users, or others.
05We retain your name and email address only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer the early-access waitlist, provide requested materials, communicate about VitreousAI™ where permitted, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable law.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us as described below. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain a record of opt-out requests, or enforce our agreements.
06Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 9.
We do not sell your information.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the information in Section 9 and we will delete it.
08We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
