The rules that govern your use of vitreousai.com
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vitreousai.com and all webpages that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by VitreousAI™, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("VitreousAI™," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.
These Terms govern the Site only. Access to or use of the Glass Wall Framework, VitreousAI™'s software, any sponsored alpha pilot, or other services is governed solely by the separate written agreement applicable to that relationship. If those agreements conflict with these Terms concerning the Glass Wall Framework or related services, the applicable written agreement controls.
01The Site provides information about the Glass Wall Framework and VitreousAI™, including the ability to join an early access waitlist, request a demonstration, and download published materials such as the Glass Wall Framework white paper. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Site and its contents, including text, designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, the VitreousAI™ name and logo, the Glass Wall Framework name, and published materials such as the Glass Wall Framework white paper, are owned by VitreousAI™ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, VitreousAI™ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for its intended informational and lawful business purposes.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by VitreousAI™, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its content.
You may share an unmodified copy of a published white paper only in the format VitreousAI™ makes available, provided that you retain all proprietary notices and do not imply VitreousAI™'s endorsement of you, your organization, or your use of the material.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by VitreousAI™ and its licensors.
04The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These third parties are not under VitreousAI™'s control. We provide links only for convenience and do not endorse, sponsor, or make representations about third-party content, products, services, privacy practices, availability, or security. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.
05To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all materials made available through the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
VitreousAI™ disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
VitreousAI™ does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at a particular time or location, free of harmful components, or that content on the Site will be complete, current, or accurate.
06To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitreousAI™ and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitreousAI™'s total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) $100; or (b) the amount you paid to VitreousAI™, if any, to use the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
07The Site and materials made available through it are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, security, compliance, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating the information and determining whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of VitreousAI™, no Site content creates a promise, warranty, service commitment, security commitment, or obligation to provide any product, feature, pilot, or service.
08To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VitreousAI™ and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
10These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, you and VitreousAI™ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. You waive any objection that those courts are an inconvenient forum.
11We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
